Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (No remote work options given the nature of the job at our physical headquarters)
Description
AATG invites applications for the full-time, entry-level position of Logistics Coordinator and Programs Assistant. This position is located at AATG’s headquarters at 112 Haddontowne Ct #104, Cherry Hill, NJ, across the river from Philadelphia, PA.
The Logistics Coordinator will carry out fulfillment operations related to the National German Academic Honor societies, and support the National German Exam, as well as the Awards and Grant programs of the AATG.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide direct support to schools and universities throughout the entire United States in their efforts to recognize and reward students for academic performance in German. A core function of the position includes managing AATG’s e-commerce operations using online platforms like Shopify and stamps.com.
Candidates should have a great deal of comfort using technology including online selling platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools. This position is based in Cherry Hill NJ and requires in-office presence, especially during the academic year. Some hybrid work may be granted during the summer, depending on programmatic needs.
The salary range for the position is $40,000-$45,000 plus benefits. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance at AATG.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for national German academic honor societies.

Review orders in AATG online store daily, pack and ship orders in a timely manner.

Work with schools regarding purchase order paperwork.

Work within AATG’s Ecommerce site, Shopify.

Manage inventory of AATG products.

Handle postal mailings for AATG including awards, membership letters, and donor acknowledgements.

Coordinate with AATG’s Director of Finance on questions relating to orders.

Assist with AATG’s member database, supporting other AATG team members with updates, renewals, queries, and reports in a NoviAMS system.

Schedule and publish AATG events on our website.

Provide support via email and phone to members and educational institutions throughout the United States.

Contribute to the creation of promotional materials, newsletter, website, and social media content.

Provide periodic support to AATG programs as needed.

Must-Haves

Associates / bachelor's degree
