Event Details

Most German Language Schools/Saturday Schools offer the AATG National German Exam.  Many of these schools ask for the statistics (available free to GLSC schools)  that highlight the exceptional performance of their students compared to high school students in their state. They often use this information for marketing purposes.

Several schools have established chapters of the Delta Epsilon Phi High School German Honor Society, inducting eligible students. However, it is less widely known that middle school students can also be inducted.

In collaboration with GLSC, Michaela Wetcholowsky, AATG's Director of Member Services and Coordinator of the NGE, will offer a webinar designed to address Frequently Asked Questions specifically for Sprachschulen. This session will cover the process of establishing a German Language School Honor Society chapter, the responsibilities of a chapter sponsor, guidelines for inducting students and more

Since the National German Exam takes place in the spring semester and student recognition typically occurs at end-of-year events, this workshop is especially relevant at this time.
