New Honor Society Induction Process
Earlier this summer, we shared a new update to our honor society induction process! This update was designed to make it easier for members to operate their honor societies. The new name submission process allows members to keep a record of their inductions in their AATG account, will save time by requiring less information during form submission, and will automatically verify membership in AATG when applicable.
What you need to know:
- Honor society sponsors will continue to purchase induction certificates in AATG's store before submitting names.
- Sponsors will then submit names and other information through the relevant honor society product page on AATG's website. After submitting names through this page, you will receive a copy of your information, including the names of your inductees, in your email that you can keep on file. AATG will have a copy of your inductions in your AATG account as well for future reference.
- Sponsors will be required to log into AATG's website in order to submit the names for your inductions. AATG membership is required to induct students into Delta Epsilon Phi (High School), Epsilon Phi Delta (Community College), and Junior Delta Epsilon Phi (Middle/Junior High School), but not for Delta Phi Alpha (Collegiate). By logging into the website, you can automatically check your membership status and ensure that you are up to date with your membership and eligible to induct students.
The AATG Online Store makes it easy to shop for additional promotional items as well. Simply select the Honor Society Product Collection that's right for you and find all the materials you need for your Honor Society, conveniently sorted and color-coded for each level (high school, middle/junior high, community college, and university).
Did you know? Students can be inducted at any time - no need to wait until the Spring!
Additional promotional items for your German program are available in our store as well and can be ordered by anyone - teachers, parents, students, and administrators!
