2026 National German Exam - Level 1

Registration for the Levels 1 Exam opens in February. Students will take the Exam in April. 

Purchase this exam in the quantity requested to be unlocked in your Lingco account for the Level 1 National German Exam. When placing your order, please purchase only the number of exams you need so that the correct amount can be unlocked in your Lingco account. We recommend double-checking your order before submitting, as additional exams cannot be refunded once purchased. 

If you are not a member of AATG, you must also add the Non-Member Fee to your cart. This will award one year of AATG membership. Review your membership status here.

Please ensure that you are logged into your AATG account when placing the order. If choosing to pay by invoice, please list yourself as the payee rather than your institution. This is essential to ensure that your NGE order is sent to your Lingco account. If you need to change the payee information on the invoice after the order is generated, please contact finance@aatg.org. 

The email address you use to purchase exams should match the email address on your Lingco account, as this is required for your exam order to appear on your Lingco account. If you need to create a new Lingco account, use instructor code nge-2026. If you need to change your e-mail address associated with your AATG account, you can do this in your member compass or by emailing nge@aatg.org.
