2027 Conference Exhibitor and Vendor Proposal Form

This form is for exhibitors or vendors only. Any session that is presenting a commercial product or service must be scheduled as an exhibitor session and the presenter(s) must be registered for the conference as an official exhibitor. Exhibitor space is limited and only approved exhibitors will be accepted for presentations. Exhibitor registration will open early 2027.

Presenter Information:
  • Only one proposal per session should be submitted. All co-presenters should be listed in the proposal. If you have more than five participants, please e-mail michaela@aatg.org
  • All rooms will be equipped with a video projector and internet. Additional equipment must be supplied by presenters, such as laptops or cables.
  • Exhibitors or vendors must be confirmed to attend the 2027 AATG Conference in order to have their proposal accepted. Vendor registration will open early 2027. 
Proposal Information: 

Presentations may be given in German or English. 

    Types of Sessions available: 

    1. Workshops: Workshops are interactive sessions designed to engage participants in hands-on activities, collaborative problem-solving, or skill-building exercises. They typically involve smaller groups and encourage active participation and dialogue. Workshops can be up to three hours long. 
    2. Traditional Presentations: Traditional presentations feature one or more speakers delivering new insights to the audience. Presenters are encouraged to accompany their talks with visual aids or other support materials, and plan time for audience engagement. 
    3. Panel Discussions: Panel discussions bring together between 3 and 5 experts to explore a topic from diverse perspectives through moderated conversation. Panel discussions should have a moderator who plans and organizes the discussion, and engages audience members in the discussion.
