Professional Bio
Lucia Huang has been a German teacher at Wilson High School in Florence, SC since 1998. She received her BA in German from Fu-Jen University in Taiwan, MA in German and Ph.D. in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Lucia was the 2013-14 Florence 1 Schools Teacher of the Year. She served as the chairperson for Wilson’s World Language Department and as a member of SC German textbook adoption committee. She was the 2011 recipient of the Study Trip to Germany sponsored by Atlantik Brücke.
