Retired after 20 years of teaching German and French, Saline High and Middle Schools in Saline, MI. Presently part-time teacher at Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor and Lecturer I and Field Instructor at the University of Michigan, School of Education in World Languages. Going Green - Nachhaltige Ernährung
Participants will get an understanding of their own nutritional preferences, their nutritional footprint and how to improve these. Intercultural Learning in the World Language Classroom
World Language instructors have a responsibility to integrate the teaching of culture in the language curriculum.
