Yesterday, Senator Tammy Baldwin introduced the World Languages Advancement Act (WLAA), amendment #2233 to the Every Child Achieves Act of 2015. This amendment retains a vitally important, cost-effective program to ensure access to high-quality world language programming in America's schools.

Please write to your Senators asking for support for this important legislation. Contact your Senators here.

Time is of the essence, as the Senate is beginning its final debate on the Every Child Achieves Act (ECAA), which will replace No Child Left Behind (NCLB). Your support and action are vital to ensure that World Language programs remain funded by the US Department of Education.
