The Language Educator
ACTFL is planning to include a “focus topic” section for each of the next four issues of The Language Educator published in 2014 and 2015.

ACTFL continues to look for innovative and cutting-edge article submissions coming from varied perspectives related to the topic—reflecting different levels, languages, methods, backgrounds, opinions, experiences, and so on. The articles in this focus section will again be double-blind reviewed by two language education experts, in addition to other TLE and ACTFL staff.

How do you maintain the target language in the classroom? Explore the use of multiple means to create meaning for learners. Explain how you provide support and tools to help learners produce comprehensible output. Article Submissions due July 1

ACTFL is accepting article submissions for other topic focus areas throughout 2015. Find out more details and submit an article on the ACTFL website.
