Das literarische Echo is a new literary radio program broadcast in German since April 2009. It is produced in the studios of CKCU-FM Radio 93.1 http://www.ckcufm.com on the campus of Carleton University in Ottawa. Its weekly episodes can now be heard via RSS-feed (podcast). It is primarily devoted to contemporary literature written in German, mainly from Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

The European, a German online magazine, specialises on in-depth coverage and debate as a resource for students and teachers of German. The magazine can be accessed free of charge and provides valuable insights on current debates in Germany. Using the debates students can for example prepare to take sides and debate an issue in the classroom based on the articles.
