Chapter Testing Chairs send materials on nominee to AATG along with a letter explaining chapter selection process and why the chapter’s nominee was chosen. These materials must be received at AATG by this date. |

Chapter Testing Chairs notify all teachers and student applicants of each student’s status. |

National Selection Committee meets to choose prizewinner finalists. |

AATG notifies applicants of study trip awards and sends additional forms to winners. |

AATG sends shipment of all prizes (books, T-shirts, medals, etc.) to Chapter Testing Chairs. German teachers order Certificates of Merit directly from AATG (on form sent along with test results by Software Design) for their students who score at or above 70%. |

Additional forms from winners must be received at AATG. AATG sends these to PAD (Pädagogischer Austauschdienst) in Bonn. |
