Who's your favorite musician from a German-speaking country? Brahms, Beethoven, Liszt, Strauss, Wagner, Schumann, Schubert, Orff? Ever wonder how they would have reacted to contemporary times? What clever thoughts would they share—in 140 characters or less?

We know you loved last year’s #AATGAprilscherz FakeTweets from German Authors and we’re bringing it back with a new focus. #MUSICIANS.

It’s easy to enter our FakeTweet contest. Just imagine what your favorite composer would have tweeted and submit your entry here—in German or English—any time before Wednesday, March 23. You can enter as many times as you wish—your students can, too!

Between March 24 and midnight March 31, return to our site to vote for your favorite FakeTweet, and on April 1 we'll announce the top ten Fake Tweets from Famous Musicians on Twitter using #AATGAprilscherz.
