ACTFL, the National Federation of Modern Language Teachers’ Associations, and the Modern Language Journal announce a call for applications for the ACTFL / NFMLTA / MLJ Dissertation Support Grants.

The purpose of these grants is to support graduate students in the fields of applied linguistics and language education at the dissertation writing stage. These grants can provide resources to graduate students at any stage of dissertation writing, e.g., data gathering, familiarization with relevant research, data analysis, or write-up of the findings. The award amount is $2,500; up to two grants per year may be awarded.
