The German Resources On the Web (GROW) site provides teachers with Web resources, activities, exercises, standards-based thematic units, and projects listing URLs that are chosen by the committee for their usefulness for teaching German at all levels. Linked topics include: Geschichte, Feste & Feiern, Literatur, Umwelt, usw.

LangSource and other Web Resources - LangSource is an online database of instructional resources for the teaching of culture to students in grades K-12. (sponsored by the US Dept of Education)

The Alle lernen Deutsch site provides teachers of German with up-to-date resources designed to be used in the classroom to present an accurate picture of the multicultural and diverse face of the populations of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and other German-speaking communities around the world.

Kinder lernen Deutsch section is geared for teaching at the K-8 level.

The Kinder und Jugendliteratur (KuJL) site provides German teachers with Web resources, materials from teachers, and projects relating to literature for children and young people. Ranges from Level 1 to AP.

Modern Austrian Literature & Culture Association - Information & resources about Austria. Also check out http://www.kulturundsprache.at/ for more info from the Austrian Bundesministerium für Unterricht, Kunst und Kultur.
