| Delta Epsilon Phi Information |
National German Honor Society for High School Students of GermanDelta Epsilon Phi (DEP) was founded at Coral Gables High School (FL) in 1968 by Käthe Wilson, a devoted AATG member, who until her death remained active and supportive of this rapidly expanding organization.
Upon affiliation you receive a Chapter Handbook which contains the Constitution, suggested induction ceremony, chapter activities, and a list of available award items such as membership cards, diploma seals, pins, sew-on patches, graduation cap tassels and honor cords. For students who have previously been members of Junior Delta Epsilon Phi, they need to be re-inducted in the senior high school honor society. However special notice could be made when introducing them at the ceremony or they may be recognized in the program booklet with special designation.
