Extended ordering deadline for January testing

AATG ships examinations to the Test Administrator (not to the teacher of German) approximately 3 weeks after order is received at AATG.

December 6, 2011 - January 20, 2012                  
Examination administration period – Please consider scheduling the examination as early as possible, so that in case of school closings, you can still meet the deadline.

January 20, 2012
Deadline to return all answer sheets to EDCON (our new statisticians, replacing Software Design). Answer sheets postmarked after this date cannot be graded.  Examination materials are to be kept by the teacher of German.

February 2, 2012
EDCON sends scores to teachers of German and Chapter Testing Chairpersons.  Application form for the Study Trip Award to Germany will be posted on the AATG Web site (for students who score at or above the 90th percentile and meet all eligibility requirements).

February 17, 2012
Deadline for student applications for Study Trip Awards to be received by Chapter Testing Chairs.

Mid-March
Final selection and notification of Study Trip Award Winners

Study Trips (June 27-July 21 or for seniors July 3-August 3)
